Return Policy

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing info@mossedem.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product, we may offer a 50% refund as a resolution, as we sell consumable goods.

We are committed to resolving any issues and will provide a replacement or refund for any damaged or lost items. To process this, please email a clear picture of the damaged item to info@mossedem.com. Replacement orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us before your order has shipped. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to issue refunds or make changes to the order.
